ANREV will provide a unique platform for members of the newly established Investor Advisory Board to meet and help drive the agenda and strategic direction of the Association in a closed door meeting on Monday 7th December 2009. The conference program has been especially designed to focus purely on the non-listed real estate vehicles markets in Asia.
Come and listen to the opening key note speech by Owen Thomas, CEO Asia, Morgan Stanley, who will present his views on recent Asian economic and capital market developments. Geoff Dohrmann, Founder, President and CEO, IREI, Inc. will then talk about Asian non-listed real estate funds markets in a global context. Together, they will set the scene for a full days discussion on what has been on our minds: Does anyone still want non-listed real estate funds in Asia? What has been the impact of the global financial meltdown on the private funds market?
The conference will also see the official launch of three industry studies undertaken by ANREV, including:
1. Fund Managers’ Asia Survey 2009 in co-operation with AsiaProperty Magazine;
2. Asian Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles Database; and
3. Study of the INREV Guidelines by Asian Non-listed real estate
The Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV) is a not-for-profit organisation focused on Investors in Asian Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles. ANREV serves
as a platform for institutional investors, fund managers, advisory firms and key service providers to address issues facing the Asian non-listed, private equity real estate fund markets.
